Projects from Urbantech Group shortlisted for Motion Formula award

This week saw the industry's main event, Transport Week, which included Motion Formula, the 10th National Award for Achievements in Transport and Transport Infrastructure. Two projects from Urbantech Group — AutoDiscovery and OSSiG Control — have entered the shortlist in the category of “Best Solution in Transport Digitalization.”
Over 80 projects were submitted to the contest, competing for nominations such as “Best Solution in Passenger Transportation,” “Best Infrastructure Project of Regional Significance,” “Best Innovative Solution in Transport Technology,” and others. The full list of nominations and winners can be found here.

The AutoDiscovery software was developed by Digital Roads LLC (part of Urbantech Group) to create a digital twin of 55 classes of urban and transportation infrastructure. Artificial intelligence enables automated inventory of facilities with an accuracy of 95% and in the shortest possible time. The acquired infrastructure data is automatically transferred to a digital database in the form of an facility passport with accurate parameters, coordinates, and photographs.

The OSSG-Control technology for real-time recognition of illegal carriers of construction waste on public roads identifies garbage trucks by their outlines, recognizes license plates, and verifies the data against the database of permits for transporting construction waste in the Electronic Ticket system. If a violation is detected, the potential dossier is sent to inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology of the Moscow Region for further investigation.
